Our executive team prays regularly that God will provide just the right person to fill each open position at our center. Every person hired to minister to young children and their families represents the Lord Jesus Christ, Princeton Pike Church of God and the Potter’s House Child Development Center. That’s a tall order, but the children and families we serve deserve the best, so we admit to setting our expectations high! Job description #1 is a genuine, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that fully embraces and exemplifies the Bible. Secondly, all team members must show a passionate, genuine love for young children and families, be responsible, reliable, temperamentally stable, have excellent people skills, and be physically fit to meet the demands of the daily routine. Experience and prior education/training are always a bonus.
